Just crawl underneath by the pedals, There is a little metal end on the wire that is hooked into the gas pedal, push it out of the slot it sits in and you just pull it through the firewall. Insert new one and clip it back into place on the gas pedal, very simple!

If it was me, I would only order the cable, then use some lithium grease spray on the the metal return spring attached to the pedal.

Really up to you though.
