Default Sunroof Track Grease

I really didn't want to start a new thread to ask such a simple question but I did a few searches and couldn't find an answer.

I'm looking to do some spring cleaning/maintenance on my car and on my to-do-list is caring for my cali sunroof. I was curious what is the best grease to use to re-grease the tracks. I found one thread where someone said to just use bearing grease but I wanted a few other suggestions. Thanks in advance.

So lithium eh? That's good because I have some in the garage. Anybody disagree with this? I don't want to put something in that I'll regret.

BMW has been telling techs to use a product called Wurth Glide (made by Wurth) to lube up roofs on newer BMW's while replacing components under warranty. Wurth Glide seems very similar to Sil Glide, which is used to lube brake components, but I can't say its exactly the same.
