If you dont it will just regulate the amount of air coming in no matter what you have on. A BMW mechanic told me that. Congrats on your Ti. I had mine when I was 18 and now Im 25 still purrs like a kitten, I dont think Ill ever sell it. Im buying me a daily driver car. | | | 02-25-2005, 07:39 PM | #9 | Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: washington Posts: 42 | yeah i have heard that 2, my check engine light has NOT come on or anything since i installed though. my friend has a Vtec accord and when he installed his intake his check engine light came on and it had somethign to do with his oxygen sensors. my dad has a OBD II code reader so if mine does come on we can see whats wrong with it. __________________ 1997 BMW 318ti Cosmo Racing CAI Next Project: Exhaust... | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
