Default WTB: Cali Top Motor

My motor appears to be shot... I hear grinding and it won't open or close more than an inch. I forced it closed with force so it doesn't get wet, and the coiled thing that it turns appears to have lots of furry metal stuff around it (I figured metal shavings). Anyone know more about this? Anyway, I think I need a new motor. So... anyone with a Cali Top Motor please send me a PM. Thanks!!

Weird... well I pulled the transmission for the motor apart and flipped the gears and now it works again, but I would still like another in case it breaks again. Anyone have an E36 touring? haha

I got the e36 touring motor from my dealer. It was right next to the hens teeth.
