Exclamation Hot Air?

Ok when I turn my Car on with no AC or Heater on, Hot Air blows out of my Center Vent.

But when I turn on the AC cold air comes out, then when I turn it off the Cold air continues to blow in but very very lightly.

So I stopped my car, then turn it back on There is the Hot air again..???

Anyone every have this issue?
