Default 1995 318ti - Looking to buy, need some pricing input!

Hey all. Long time E46 owner here, and I figured I'd come to the experts about a car I am looking at in order to see if I can find what you all think its worth.

I am looking at a 1995 318ti Auto with ~118k miles on it. A/C, leather, ABS, Cruise, Power windows, locks, etc. Seems pretty loaded.

I took a brief initial look at it today, and drove it, and here are my observations. I'll try and list my big plusses and minuses that could potentially effect value.

Items of worry:
- Drivers side window has come off the tracks, and is clanking around in the door. How difficult is it to fix this? The passenger window is also off the tracks, but at least stuck up.
- Missing an AC belt: Owner claims it works, and has belts on hand, so I will probably offer to put them on for her really quick to double check.
- Very slight ticking noise from engine: It ticks, but not any worse than any other car I have owned (including my E46). Any huge known issues that could prop up from this?
- Body seems fine, no dents or rust. However some paint is missing from the bumper, and some trim is hanging off (will need new clips).
- Drivers seat leather has a tear in it... not a huge deal.

Items of awesome:
- Interior is in probably 7.5/10 condition. The leather (these did only come with real leather right? not leatherette?) seems like it would shine with some Leatherique. All buttons, lights, knobs, what have you appear to work just fine.
- Idles smooth as butter (but again, no AC belt at the moment).
- Shifts smooth
- New brakes and rotors
- Sounds awesome

I took a look at the bluebook on these and saw something around 1600-2400$ depending on the site. Based off of my very basic observations, what would you guys think this might be worth?

Sorry if thats a complicated question, but any insight is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

window regulators are a common weakpoint, there's a very good write-up on how to fix them if you want to DIY it
my ti also ticks slightly, you have to be listening for it to really hear it so I don't worry about it
clips for the trim are dirt cheap, even from the dealer

I think only the sport package came with the fake leather, the rest had real leather

I'd say it could be worth as high as $3k, it would be worth more with working windows and AC since stuff like that kinda kills the value to people not good at mechanical work, how much are they asking?

sweet deal, you could use the windows to talk them down to $2500 or so, a shop will charge you some good money to replace the regulators, even if you're not going to take it to a shop you can make them think you will

Awesome. Now I just gotta convince the wife to be onboard!

Luckily from what I've read these don't need NEARLY as much love as my E46 does... that thing has taught me many useful things about car repair... lol.

Thanks for the input!
