Default apline 12" Type E or type R

i was looking at gettin either 2 12" Alpine Type E's or 2 12" Alpine type R, and i was just surious if anyone has had either of these 2 subs, and what they thought, or just general input on the 2 different subs.

try ebay, I just got 2 4" kenwood 100watt speakers for the ti, gee I cant wait!

had type rs before and they are very powerful u will need to get a serios amp to drive them

yea i was lookin at gettin 2 type r's and a nice alpine amp to power them, and my buddy works at best buy so, hes gonna make the actualy purchase for me so i can get the sweet discount

make sure u get a powerfull amp as the type rs need alot of juice

Have you thought about using the Alpine Type-X. RMS on this sub is 1000watts!!! Awesome Sub design too. You should probably check it out or how about just a JL Audio 12W7 and call it a day

im defitanly going alpine, and i can bairly afford the type r's let alone those jl audios or type x's
