Default Exhaust heat wrap

Does/has anyone used this stuff & if so what do you think. Is it worth installing on our headers or just a gimmick.

From what I understand, it's suppose to increase performance buy reducing underbonnet temperature & retaining more heat in the exhaust gasses thus allowing them to escape more efficiently. Any comments?

Do you have a stock enclosed airbox? If so I don't see it being worth a dime.

Thermal wrap helps keep heat inside the exhaust, Good thing to keep floor cooler. BAd thing if you have non stainless parts because the wrap soaks up water and rusts the pipes. I would only reccomend it for a real solid heat problem.
