99 Sport w/ Cali sold for $9,800

An ebay auction just ended today for a 99 Sport with California roof and five speed. It seemed like a no excuses car with 97k miles. It sold for $9,800. See item # 120089972254. What is anyones reaction? Is this top money for a ti with the right options.

Here's my reaction. My car is a 7/98 build, this car is a 10/98 build. It gets the 99 model year and mine gets the 98 model year

Worse yet is the fact that this car gets the Sport package and mine didn't. A quick tally of the cost of adding my M-tech upgrades, puts me in the $2500.00 range. So three months cost me a sh!t load to retrofit up to.

Could be worse. You can have a 95 Sport without the M-technic trim.

Which is why I waited before plunking down top dollar for this one.

i hope these prices hold up if i ever decide to sell (not at least for another 4 years 11 months)
