Free bump. It looks like you do excellent work. As soon as it's in the budget I'll be contacting you to purchase one of these.

THANKS! Feel free to send a PM of your set-up. We can get the ball rolling with a conversation about what you are looking for. In the meantime, good luck with everything.

Thanks guys!! The coolant tanks are no longer available, sorry! I made only 100 of them. I only made 30 of the power steering tanks and those are gone now as well. There are 3 catch can styles available now;

1) Sealed with OR without check valve and billet head

2) Open to atmosphere with billet head

3) Open to atmosphere with filter element head.

The tanks are all hand made and individually built. No two are ever alike and even with over 350 of them sold, each has its own "Signature".

Thanks buddy. The last one is a Vent Tank for a customer in Canada. He has a Mazda Protege5. With this particular car, the Valve Cover is garbage and the crank case has stupid high pressure when boosted. So I made him a tank that deletes his PCV and adds a check valve. That takes care of catching the blow-by and oil. The Vent Tank on the other hand is designed for relieving the lower case pressure. All he had to do is drill out a few holes under the VC from a tiny 7/32 to a decent 5/16" (which is the same inner diameter as the AN-6 fitting he will be using to make the connection.)

I just noticed you are in Elkhart, IN ! Do you ever make it to Indy? I live in the city. I'd love to meet and get one in person if you do...if not of course I'll order...just got a good paying job, so one of these is in the near future budget.

I have a 1997 DASC ti and am looking for your recommendation on which one I need. Thanks!

So anyone looking to get rid of their PCV valve and upgrading to my Check Valve style catch can, check this out:

Remove the upper intake plenum

Remove the intake plenum spacer with PCV

Unscrew the PCV and throw it away

Adapt the plenum spacer to accept a AN-8 male flare fitting

Get ahold of me for your custom, one-of-a-kind, check valve catch can

I will have some more photos this weekend. I am using Earls Pro-Lite hose to make the connections. The upper vacuum hose attaches to the plenum spacer for a vacuum source. This actuates the check valve.

The lower hose of the catch tank attaches to the valve cover. This is the inlet for all the sludge and crud. This is a AN-10 size fitting.

Here are some photos of the billet head and the craftsmanship that goes into the check valve housing.

Tapped for 3/8" NPT. AN-8 male flare permanently fastened for a lifetime of leak free performance

A few added touches. Brushed look on top and sides with a polished center.

Replaceable valve with snap ring.

Assembled and ready to go

AN-10 hose from valve cover to the lower fitting on the catch can. I am using Earls Pro-Lite braided nylon and Earls Hose Ends.

Installed the billet AN-8 adapter to the plenum spacer:

Connected the AN-8 hose to the top catch can fitting. This is the vacuum source that operates the check valve:

With everything put back together, you cant even tell its there. Very stealthy!

I have 2 questions...
Does the kit include the adapter for the plenum spacer?
Where did you get the idea to paint your intake fins?
