I am the 2nd owner (bought at 28k miles) and I am BMWCCA member.
Never driven in snow. Rarely driven in winter at all. Garaged always.
Dealer maintained since i've owned it.
new alternator (common problem)
Inspection II completed at 52k (7000 OBC-miles left till next service due- oil change)
I believe the car has every option available for 2004 except navigation (see below for BMW-generated VIN options)
100% stock except for:
- Shark Injector reflash
- Borla rear-section exhaust (Also have the stock one and will be included)
- iPod Hookup
The Bad: The car was involved in a minor accident. I was rear-ended in stop and go at about 3mph. 99% cosmetic. The 1% is on the trunk 'frame'. It needed to be pulled out. The trunk deck and rear bumper were replaced. I have detailed pics available that I took pre-fix. Frame is straight. No issues in drive-ability at all. Paint blends perfectly, and they re-cleared the entire car.
There is a small dent on the roof by the rear window. I think an acorn or something fell on it.
The hood/front bumper has some roadrash/rock chip marks from normal driving.
The car also has a lien on it, thus i do not have the title in hand.

The car has been great to me, and it really pains me to see it go... but, with no job, I can't afford to keep it any more. Asking 28,999, and i'm pretty firm on that. 28,500 is about as low as i can go. If you're looking to get this for 24,000, don't even email me. it's not going to happen.
No kiddies... no tire kickers. This is a serious car that if you don't respect will throw you into the wall before you knew what happened. I will not sell it to a 16 yr old; you'll probably die in it. No test drives if you show up in a riced out civic. Don't waste my time if you don't have the cash.

Pre-accident, I had a wing on it (previous owner did it... :X ) When I had the car repaired, i didn't have them install it on the new truck deck.
