Going off topic here. My water pipes are hammering with means air is getting into the system. I bled the hot water heater and next I was going to drain the water system. But first, A hammered 8" stakes into the ground trying to install and edging. I pulled up all the nails. Turned on my sprinkler system. Ooops! I found where water is getting into the system. Could be the 3/8" hole I put threw the plastic pipe. Off to Home Depot. Hopefully I can patch it because there are 3 pipes on top of each other. I don't think I'd be able to cut the hole out. Ah you kids. You go to your meets and let us homeowners have real fun. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 07-13-2008, 02:41 AM | #21 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | I added a mod to share the forum usernames with the wiki. I'm not sure if it's me, but sometimes if I'm not logged in I am redirected from the wiki back to the forum. Let me know what happens. http://wiki.318ti.org You should see your username on the top right if all goes well. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 07-13-2008, 02:57 AM | #22 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Malvern, PA Posts: 373 | i get redirected to a page (vBulletin) that says all my cookies have been cleared and i'm signed out after i do it. so i signed in and tried again, same result. i'm a firefox user. maybe thats it? __________________ 1997 TI Sport, Silver | | | 07-13-2008, 03:10 AM | #23 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Quote: Originally Posted by nyle i get redirected to a page (vBulletin) that says all my cookies have been cleared and i'm signed out after i do it. so i signed in and tried again, same result. i'm a firefox user. maybe thats it? | I'm on FF 3 also. Let me look further into it. It has something to do with the wiki being on a sub domain. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 07-13-2008, 03:07 PM | #24 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | same thing happens to me, with FF | | | 07-13-2008, 04:21 PM | #25 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | OK. I'll do some more research. I'm sure it's a cookie thing. The alternative will be to put the wiki on the same server as the forum. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 08-18-2008, 05:14 AM | #26 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Malvern, PA Posts: 373 | just wondering if you got a chance to check this out at all. i'm still having the problem. __________________ 1997 TI Sport, Silver | | | 08-18-2008, 06:13 AM | #27 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: New Orleans Posts: 970 | doin the same for me, and im on ff __________________ ^being rebuilt^ until then: daily car: 96' Blue DASC'd ti with koni coilovers slowly progressing... weekend car: 85 1/2' 944 Porsche no a/c, p/s, gutted cat, loud as hell exhaust, loud as hell sound system | | | 08-18-2008, 12:14 PM | #28 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Other forums have the same problem.
