Default Weird airplane like noise!!!

I start my car normally , idle normally, I drive slow speed normally, but:
When I start getting speed around 45 mph this airplane noise comming from the front of the passenger side makes vivrate the whole front console and is so noisy that I can't even hear the radio or other people talking to me inside the car!
The sound disappear when I get 55 to 60 mph. and always goes back when I am between 45-60 Mph.
I dont know what it can be. I have some problem with my clutch. When I press the clucht a boiling sound is coming front the front of the car. I know is time to replace it. I have 210k in my ti.
Is the anoying noise related with the clutch?

seeing as you have to replace the clutch anyways, just replace it and see if it fixes the vibration

the boiling sound mat be air bleeding in through the slave or master cylinder

the clutch fluid is taken from the brakes system,
how are the brakes? is the level topped up and bled?

As for the airplane noise it could be

Front wheel unballenced
Front wheel bearing
Hardy disc / guibo
Cooling fan rubbing against the housing?

I'm putting my vote towards an unbalanced wheel since it seems to be harmonic. Throwing a wheel weight is pretty common. $10 to check/fix this at most places.

Any grinding/shuddering while turning at low speeds?
