Hi, I've been looking at different sites and I was wondering does the 318ti have a separate amp, and if so where's it located.

If you do, it's in the boot on the left side. Combo amp/crossover IIRC.
US models all got upgraded stereo systems so yours may differ. __________________

my amp was in the rear of the trunk, behind the left side panel along with the antenne amp.. im not using mine at all, because i have 2 other REAL amps in my car with a aftermarket radio. basicly, all the wires are back there, so it was easy to tap into when i got new amps.. i have a 1998 model, but check out what others say before u tear your car apart. | | | | | 09-22-2008, 09:50 AM | #5 | | Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: London Posts: 25 |
Thanks, I'll fit the head unit and the rear speakers first, but if it is there it's save alot of hassle not having to run a new power cable | | | | |
