318 ti sport engine problems

hello lads, can anyone help me? recently i blew the head gasket on my 318 ti sport i had it replaced and everything is working fine except that the car now idles lower than before, it is as if the car is about to cut out. if anyone could help me out i would be really greatful.

get someone to check it the ICV (idle control ventil) is connected propperly

also if the valve cover ventilation hose is on good, and if the cable for the throttle body is adjusted correctly , although that shouldnt make a difference as the TB has an adjuster screw which limits the springback on the venturi flap :yawn:
