Question Difference in models?

I've been a BMW lover since I could remember and actually fell in love with the 318ti because it was my first car and I couldn't have another unless it was a 318! But I have a burning question and will probably make some people face palm. I know that side skirts, bumper color, and trim have to do with it but have little info on this But what are the main differences between the base, active, sport, and clubsport model 318ti?

How pretty they are.

At this point in time, the suspension would have been one of the bigger differences.

HOWEVER; if your buying a car now the suspension should have been kitted out already. unlike the full size e36's you are limted to the 95 M42 or the 96+ M44. Thats it.

There's a good summary in the Ti Companion: http://www.318ti.org/companion/index.php?318ti_us

The only model that has a significant weight savings are the slicktops

If by slick top you mean no sunroof that's what I'm referring to.
