Check understeer.com. He sells all the UUC stuff and has a ti as well. He's got great descriptions of the various kits and what they'll fit.

As long as you change both the flywheel and clutch it will fit. The clutch disk on an m/s50/52 is about 10mm wider than the m44/m2 in our cars. So the flywheel and Pressure plate have to be changed to allow for this difference. That setup seems like a pretty good deal is that is what you need.
Also there should be a rubber cover on the oil pan that looks into trans that acts as a peek hole, you can try to take a look with work you should be able to check the shape of the flywheel, or see some teeth that have settled at the bottom of the bell housing.
