First of all, I do not own a 318ti, nor do I own a BMW. I drive a Honda Civic. A 92 Civic Si (hatchback) to be specific.. and i was hoping someone here would be willing to help me out on my quest (and make some money while they're at it!) Okay, here's my situation. 1. I drive a civic 2. Civics extremely large on police radar detectors! I've done my suspension inside-out, upgraded braking system, full race harness, along with all the performance mods you could think of with the exception of the exhaust! I need a quiet stock-looking exhaust that can deliver the performance i'm looking for. I've got over-sized piping all the way to the muffler where it bottle-necks.. The reason why I need a 318Ti muffler is because my car is a hatchback and stock muffler systems from other acura/hondas will not fit (the canisters are too long!) And where else would be a better place to find a small, stock, BMW mufflers without paying hundreds of dollars? The race crowd =) So is anybody willing to help out their fellow car enthusiast? I'm just one step away from completing my everyday econobox =) | | | 11-21-2001, 04:32 AM | #2 | Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Macomb, Mi Posts: 81 | I have a stock exhaust sittin in my basement. Before I go out and buy it though, just wondering what the dimensions are on that thing? | | | 11-26-2001, 04:52 AM | #4 | Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Macomb, Mi Posts: 81 | I am currently away from home at school so it will be difficult to measure the exact dimensions. Are you looking for the dimensions of the box for shipping? Or do you want the length of the actual exhaust system, diameter of piping, etc? My email is radusina@yahoo.com I will be able to respond much quicker if you contact me there [This message has been edited by Ralliart (edited 11-25-2001).] | | | 12-11-2002, 07:05 PM | #5 | Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: warwick, ri Posts: 5 | I also have one if you are interested. Well actually I will have two of them shortly. Email me at kfogg@avcvm.com and I will get you whatever information you are looking for. Also send me an offer. It is in excelent shape. | | | 12-11-2002, 10:51 PM | #6 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT! Posts: 3,156 | I have one also. Excellent condition. I'm located in CT. You did not mention where you are, but depending on that, you may want to pick it up (form whoever you buy it from). It's a bit awkward, and may be oversize for shipping... ------------------ "Speed's just a question of money.
