Default What happened is

I cancelled my purchase on ebay for this midnight autowerks kit. I wasn't willing to be a guniea pig for that amount of money. In the end, I wanted the resale value of a Downing kit. For now, this kit remains too much of a prototype/not nationally known for my money. Joe is a very friendly guy and very knowledgeable. I told him my concerns and he kindly accepted my decision.

FATHER: you need to remove your inline fuel regulator and put it on the other side. You have it on the wrong line. When boost hits , your cutting off fuel all together. Email Gus for another copy of the install manual gus@eatonm3.com

Father, so now all is working fine?
With 10psi what set the fuel, only the fpr or there is a piggyback?

well, it was driveable but i looking for more hp and better tunning, but the only bad issue with the kit was the disaligment of the pulley and the invisible instruction manual, but i use about $500.00 extra for the injectors, pulley, super FMU, hose, clamps, fuel presure gauge, and others 400 to boost gauge, wide band, pillar and some others parts, but believme the kit are good and work perfect, i never have problem with it, the presure problem was my bad because i not remove the oem fuel regulator and the pulley aligment take about 45 seg with a pulley, i put the belt, the pull the pulley until it align with the others, and thats all, was easy

Default DIY chip tuning

For obd1 cars, diy chip tuning is becoming available. Go to the bf'c site and search tuning the 413 and obd1. A member named "kooter" has chipped tuned a 318 using the same map deciphering techniques. I've got most of the maps for my 325, and certainly the big timing and fuel maps. I just am refining before I start burning.

Better hold on to that supercharger, it could be a collectors item.

In the past week i buy in ebay a frontier blower(supercharger) for futures issues in my setup, i'm planning to repair it and maybee install a smaller pulley on it, painting and save it for a future upgrade.

In my reading/research about induction, i came upon this thread. This thread is like a train wreak. I knew I should stop looking, but it just sucks you in. 90 minutes I'll never get back.

Good instincts and a strong desire for members to watch out for members backs. I'll take that positive away from the reading...
