Default Saving a ti - What would you do?

My commuter ti has cancer - floors, bottom of a front fender and surface at jacking points in front - and a little crease in the left rear quarter. There's previous rust in the rear arches - PO kinda cut it out/bondo-ed it up and paint bombed it. It's holding up ok. It's a 95, hellrot - the paint/clear is peeling/scratched and generally a 2/10, 5spd, ltd slip, active package and 214k miles. New cooling system and steering reservoir and hoses - still a small leak somewhere... New headliner and very good interior. Needs a radio and a hvac blower motor. Wheels and tires are truly awful - thanks cheap ass PO.

The good news is that I bought it well. It runs and shifts good. It's kind of at the devil I know point - will probably need to deal with the timing chain guides in the next few months - exhaust is cheap and raspy. Other than that - really one of my favorite cars I've ever had to drive (I've owned about 80 cars so far). So the plan is take a week off work, pull out the carpet, weld in some patch panels for floors (PO filled in with great stuff foam - grrrr), fix the crease, deal with the rocker rust and repaint. Not really a fan of an all hellrot ti. Was thinking more like alpenweiss with hellrot rockers/lower trim line on the bumper covers - sort of the style of the touring cars. Not planning on a full-on color change with rockers/interior bits. Would also love to find some cheap style 32s and add in bilstein sports and H&R springs (which would cost more than I paid for the car.

Or.... should I just part it out and go find a better one to live with? What would you do? Would you save it or move on? btw: it's a home brew garage job - I can weld, deal with bodywork. I've painted maybe a dozen cars - would go with single stage for this.
