Vaccum Hose - Check engine light My check engine light came on a couple weeks ago and I took it into the shop and it was a broken vaccum hose? My mechanic didn't tell me what the hose was, but he said it was hard to get to, and lucky for me the hose was long enough that he could re-crimp it back onto whatever it was on. Well... 2 days later not to my surprise the check engine light came back on. I don't know what hose he was talking about and I tried looking around the engine compartment, but didn't see anything broken... Does anyone know what vaccum hose would cause the check engine light to come on and where it may be located... I would like to try and find it myself and see what he was talking about. There is a good chance that the hose is still connected, but now my O2 sensors need replaced or something like that.... Thanx! __________________ DannyBoy 1997 318tiA Sport, 99,500 miles, All original except for APC Super White Bulbs. |
