Default Does this DME look water damaged?

I'm trying to figure out why my m42 runs pig rich and won't idle for the 1st 10-20 seconds on a cold start. Doesn't matter if hot or cold outside.

As the title states, what do y'all think? I also saw some "brown" buildup on some of the resistors/transistor edges as shown in the close up. Corrosion maybe?

Personally I think it looks fine. I'd be chasing down vacuum leaks.

I recently just repaired the mess under the intake when I did my knock sensors. Everything that I found leaking with a smoke machine before teardown was repaired/replaced. (PCV valve, DISA vacuum lines, icv hoses, intake boot, oil cap, FPR vac hose, all intake gaskets replaced.

I'll have to smoke test it again to see if there is more. I can't imagine anything else is causing a vacuum leak.

I have to drive the car with the icv unplugged Bc once it's plugged in, it closes the icv and stalls the engine.

I don't know why you think OBD-I is goodness. OBD-II has more diagnostics and more diagnostic tools available.
