Default overheating m42 95

history:
coolant was old rusty water pump was weeping.
bought radiator flushes x 3 hoping to clean it before pump went.
removed thermostat it was badly corroded, new oem housing gasket.
pump went and destroyed belts both of them.
had to remove the pump in pieces it was rust welded as well as plastic impeller destroyed.
cracked housing on the long bolt as I used it to drive pump in.
used the timing chain cover bolt to drive in the pump into the engine then replaced bolts with regular ones.
one last radiator flush and filled with distilled water and mocool.
no water leaks and or air bubbles in the rad.
today I found out :
heats up when not moving.
while parked cools off when accelerated hard.
fan only works when a/c is on.

so far from what I have read im going to change the purple relay but...
if I have a/c on all the time so the fan is working all the time why is it overheating. further more if the thermostat is gone shouldn't it run cooler?
cooler by miami weather i expected a few degrees not much never overheating....

thanks for any help.

jumpered radiator sensor fan works on low and high.
on cold start gauge reads above blue not totally cold. signs of a bad gauge?
or signs of a bad temp sensor on the block?
since before this I also removed intake manifold and cleaned gunked injectors and lower intake manifold.
and unplugged lower manifold cluster I might have plugged sensor incorrectly?
I remember it being idiot proof and not allowing me to connect to any other one but I might be wrong.
ideas?
so far from what i've read heat gun ceck on thermostat temp confirm its overheating.
do a pressure test on cooling system see if im loosing coolant which im not maybe im loosing very little.

have you performed a test for combustion gasses in cooling system?

no, I have not done a test for gasses in the coolant.
I just got from harbor freight compression tool.
but what i am concerned anyone has a wiring picture on the lower intake manifold harness were the engine temp sensor plugs into.
I wanted to check if I had plugged them correctly I have the bentley and oem parts nothing shows correct wiring of those plugs.

also the capping of air from idle control and injectors.
has anyone used a e30 m42 intake manifold swap?
sorry im all over the place.
also I have used the return hose for the heat plate and connected straight to the out flow from engine side.
capped pcv and cleaned manifold and injectors of all the gunk from 19 years of neglect.
nothing listed can make the engine over heat so...

pressure test revealed leak in the hot plate return tube and jump wiring the thermostat plug showed cluster temp gauge malfunction did not go to hot.

bad cluster, getting a gauge by the shifter.
hose leak due to broken nipple replacing 11531714738 pita to get to because of the lower manifold harness. any tips?

HALP!
still overheating
I have noticed that when overheating the hoses swell I relive the pressure with the radiator screw and its good to go for a couple of more hours of driving.

so another weird thing i noticed is that when im at a red light or in traffic and I start reving the engine the temp lowers.

no thermostat , fan wired on high, new water pump.

is it possible that the new water pump is bad? how can i test this ? since reving only affects the pump...
