Default High reving engine at stop

Not sure if it's a trans(auto) or engine issue but when I come to a stop I pretty much have to stand on the brake pedal to keep car from pulling thru intersection.Seems like engine is not idling down.Engine also sometimes idles "lumpy" when not revving high.Trans fluid looks OK but has not been changed from original(109,000)Secondary air pump and air valve, fuel filter and spark plug change have not helped.Read on another post that there is software controlling auto trans?Might this be problem? No trans fault codes have come up.

try cleaning the ICV (idle control valve) i was surprised at how dirty it was and it really helped my idle.

Ditto on the ICV for the lumpy idle. A high idle can be caused by a lean mixture. Check your intake boot by squeezing the boot along its length to expose any cracks.
