Im not a fan of pimp my ride, but like any other person, i would watch it when it first came out to see the kind of things they would do. (just like how i used to watch monster garage). But after a long time, i saw pimp my ride again yesterday.
My question is, how come its GAS now and not WEST COAST CUSTOMS? Did mtv get in a fight with them or something? And i also noticed, one of the members from west coast is in GAS now? Beacuse they switched comapnies to do the show and i'm assuming that guy was one of the creators of the show thats why he's with them. They are just switching it up a little and showing off other peoples talents if thats what you want to call it. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active

well, according to WCC's website, they parted from mtv and will be creating another reality tv show with Pilgrim Films. Good for them, I like pimp my ride because its funny but he has a point "built on TV, not for TV" because a lot of if you didnt see on Pimp My Ride that actually goes into the car and the thought process for them. They also act too much stuff to make people laugh.

I think the new pimp my ride sucks, with GAS. They dont get into details of what theyre doing. WCC did actually show what theyre doing, and give minor details. I always thought though... For the money theyre "spending" on making that car look like a ghetto fabulous POS, you could actually make it look nice.
I believe WCC's new show will be something like "Unique Whips", that comes on speed after "Pinks". I know I have seen Ryan, the owner from WCC, on Unique Whips during the SEMA show. IF thats what theyre going to do, it'll be nice. They do good work, they just choose to do crappy ideas! __________________

Oh and BTW, remember that Ford Escort they made into basically a TI, with the Mtech kit, that was hellrot with peanut butter colored interior? That was cool... besides the fact that they left the EScort motor in it lol. __________________
