I had the car tinted years ago and they totally dorked it up and somehow patched it with some sort of adhesive... well years later its loose and the damn window fully pops out when you close the adjacent door. I bought new seals for both vent windows and will replace but need some advice on how that A pillar area is supposed to join up to the vent window... Any help? BTW... I had my windshield replaced for the third time due to pitting and they totally dorked up the interior right by the felt covers at the dash... gooped adhesive in there (its visible as I drive) and totally hacked up the felt collar things removing the old window. I was gonna recover those in some faux leather material when I do the headliner but now I'm afraid those bastards are glued in place! I called and bitched out the shop but just to make me feel better... no way I'm letting those monkeys touch my car again. Teaches me for being a cheap bastard! The B pillar is the one you're talking about (I think). Do you mean the weatherstripping (rubber attached to car frame) or the weather seal (rubber attached to the window glass)? __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 05-02-2007, 03:06 AM | #3 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Sacramento, CA Posts: 15 | My bad - I mean B Pillar Thanks ACEYX... good catch... My issue is the attachment point for the rear vent window where the window is the only point where its connected when the vent is open. Pops all the way off if you push it out. Thanks.
