Default Why is there water IN my car???? HELP

Basically I was washing the car today, and as I got to vacuuming I noticed the top mat was wet underneath. I took it out and checked underneath the carpet. F%#K ME. It was completely soaked. I'm already taking rust out of an old Benz that was leaky, and I don't want another German to go this again on me. I'm now stumped as to WHY. Door seals are fine, the side windows are fine, the drivers carpet is fine. The water isn't coming out of the AC vents below the seat. I believe the waters coming from further up. This will involve removing the seat. Now, should I do this, and how should it be done? PLEASE, any help or anything said will be appreciated. I was considering joining a club and entering it in concours events. Now I'm looking back at the warranty.

It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

Do you have a sunroof?

And I take it this is the rear seat footwells that's getting wet?

You have drains in front of your wind shield that run through your fender. check the top and bottom drains to make sure they aren't plugged. sometimes they can get clogged with leaves or debri. i had water in my car because the bottom drain was plugged.

Thanks Sparks. I'll check them as soon as I can. I also think it could be the AC with a blocked drain. It dripped on my feet once a couple of months ago, but I never looked into it.

Father basically says to check all your conduits/pipes/ducts coming off your air conditioner in the engine bay. his friends were all dirty and filled with leaves which lead to condensation from the humidity, which leaked into the carpet.

not word for word, but i did my best.

Good news, (kind of), I left the car outside last night and it was rained on. No water pooled in the back, so I geuss I've narrowed it down to the AC. Thanks for the comments, I'll keep you posted when it's fixed.
