Default Manual windows

Has anyone actually fitted manual windows on the TI? Ive had enough of these regulators and motors. The original design is so flawed, its like it was designed to fail to keep people buying parts.

The motor isn't the week point. It's the regulator. I think the regulator will still be the week point.
