Default The Turbonator 20HP Gains??- have a look (any thoughts)

Hi!

Came accross this when looking for powercaps!! any thoughts on it, i can see how i theory it would work but in real life?????

http://www.turbonator.com/

air vortex generator at 40,000 rpm that fits in the air intake hose aparently creats finer particles of atomized fuel giving us 24% more mpg and upto 20HP.

hmmmmmm

30 day money back gurentee looks apealing if you wanted to test it though.

This has been discussed many many times. This is a ripp off,if it really worked they'd install them in all the cars on the road. waste of money, please don't get it cause you'll regret it. This has been around for many years under a few different names but it does not work.

It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

I had one on my 91 Corolla GTS. Yes, in theory, you do get more
air to the engine, but i only noticed it at less than full throtle.
When you aren't WOT, it does force some air in, giving a little
performance boost, but when you do floor it, it didnt seem to be able
to keep up. On the website the show setups running two or three in
a row, and I honestly think that would work.
But NOT WORTH THE $$$!!!!!!

This is where MA/KO got their idea. Make a performance part that promises everything and delivers nothing. MA/KO promises that they will give you a S/C for your money but never actually delivers the product.

i actually know a guy who bought one for his car (early 90's talon) and he installs it right, its ok for like a week, then it suddenly just eats the fan in the turbine, and sucks peices of it into the intake valve. Destroyed his engine.

btw i laughed
