Didn't see a topic on this.. but I thought it'd be cool to see everyones other cars.. whether they be older, or another one in the driveway. and the reason I ended up getting my TI... my 02' Spec-V... this puppy was QUICK.. I never got to dyno it, but based on cars with the mostly the same mods, it was probably around 220 HP - close to 180 whp. may she rest in pieces. Yes the 6 speed is really nice. You had a nice SE-R. I bet it took some time to adjust to the power or lack there of in the ti. | | | 02-15-2007, 03:57 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: maritimes Posts: 1,433 | lol.. i whined for weeks after I bought it!! but the looks i get from people in my area and the people i work with at the plant, everyone just reacts to it, at work they call me 'rich-kid' cause of the car lol and im far from rich so all that kind of counter-acts my need for speed... and being a RWD and a perfect 50/50 weight distribution was a nice compromise. but i got off on the 'fast, family 4 door' gimmick... people would look at it like another regular sentra and oh what a mistake lol __________________ 11/97 Base 328Ti | | | 02-15-2007, 04:00 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Pittsburgh, PA Posts: 1,224 | really. . . didn't fool me. . . | | | 02-15-2007, 05:10 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: maritimes Posts: 1,433 | would make the TI look sad and tons of others... maybe not all that fast in your books but it was my first car, i liked it, pulled hard, looked good... so eat me back on topic though.. i thought this would be a good thread to see everyones ride before their TI's. __________________ 11/97 Base 328Ti | | | 02-15-2007, 07:15 AM | #9 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Check out this old RustBucket. 1994 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L HighOutput. It's still running somewhere... but from what I hear, it's been painted green (which must be ugly combined with the black/grey/red interior) and has a fart can on it. That makes me sad.
