NH 98, 150k, blown headgasket

I have a 98 for sale, I'm not sure what model it is, has heated seats and sunroof has 150k on it engine still runs great and has no odd noises, I literally just put in a new cooling system and random parts. has good doorcards, and comes with all new clips for them, windows work but are messed up because they need new sliders, comes with those, hatch latch doesn't work, nor does the pistons to hold it up (when its cold) doesn't have much rust, all tires are near new (maybe a few thousand on them) the rims are good. So I had picked it up knowing it had overheated, hoped it had survived, not sure whether the head did or not but the headgasket is blown, struts are usless (bounces like hell) has a rear left brake fluid leak where the solid tube meets the flexible tube about the caliper. Just looking to get what I have into it out of it, its a five speed and shifts fine will not part out
