Figured I would list my Alfa up one last time before I fix it up and throw a cover on it until tax time...would trade straight up for the right 318ti or E30 318is/325is...or possibly other BMWs.
Thinking of selling my 1989 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio Verde (top-of-the-line model). Black with black/grey interior. Runs and looks fantastic. Excellent autocross car. Meticulously maintained; just over 100k miles, but you wouldn't know by how strong it runs. I have ALL records from previous owners and myself. An excellent driver; some minor dings and dents, very minor rust, all easily fixable. NOT a rust bucket or bondo bomber, this Alfa could be driven as is indefinitely or restored to 100% very easily.
Has a recent new convertible top, professionally reupholstered seats, Optima red top battery, upgraded alternator and headlight wiring, full tune-up, all new Hiperformancestore engine hoses, new heater core and blower motor, upgraded stereo, and much more. Upgraded to full polyurethane bushings, Koni yellow adjustable shocks and Vick springs. Conversion to '71 split headers and full exhaust makes a beautiful sound.
Only needs some minor work to be 100% - power window switch is flaky and needs replacement, and door cards are missing. I will be fixing these problems as winter progresses and will raise the price accordingly. When the car is done in spring I will be asking $7500, so you can save a few grand if you act now!
Asking $4500 obo. This car's KBB value is near $10,000; as I said I will happily wait until spring and complete the restoration if necessary, but changing life circumstances have me considering a sale or the right trade (very selective, contact me for details).
