Cool Question on Suspension

Do the people that make the suspension for Mini Cooper S's make stuff for our cars or will any of the suspension parts (springs, struts,or sway bars) from a Cooper S work on our cars?
I was in a Cooper S a couple days ago and like the way it felt and was just wondering if I could get my car close to that feel. Mainly I am just kicking around some idea's of what I might want to do next.

are you talking aftermarket or stock? bmw owns mini so ... i guess they do make parts for our cars (if you're talking about stock)

i'm pretty sure none of the suspension pieces would be transferable from mini to 318ti.
