I have a 98' 318ti with the M package so i was looking to pick up a set of the M contour wheels (staggered) 7.5 in the fron 8.5 in the back ... will they fit with out having to roll the fenders or use wheel spacers? basically will i be able to bolt them straight on? I really need a response on this, or at least an educated guess | | | 10-27-2008, 04:08 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | I'm pretty sure they'll work seeing as they are an OE BMW rim made for the 3-series, there are plenty of members running staggered Contours on lowered suspension, maybe they'll chime in? | | | 10-27-2008, 04:09 PM | #7 | Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Iowa City, IA Posts: 57 | Quote: Originally Posted by tiFreak I'm pretty sure they'll work seeing as they are an OE BMW rim made for the 3-series, there are plenty of members running staggered Contours on lowered suspension, maybe they'll chime in? | Thats what I was hoping for. Anyone with this setup able to chime in? | | | 10-27-2008, 09:25 PM | #8 | Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA Posts: 56 | I've got a set of Contour 2's on my car and have AutoX'd the car with stock M3/M Roadster suspension on it and with all of the body roll it generates, I haven't had any rubbing issues yet so I can't see it being an issue with a lowered car.
