Default New here & a thank you

Hey all. A few weeks back I picked up a 97 318ti. It's an awesome ride. Big thanks to this forum and all that contribute, it helped me with so many things more than anywhere else. This has been a wealth of knowledge. I've owned a few e30's. In fact I still have a pristine e30 325ic and I also have a new e90. I've always wanted a ti. Been putting too many miles on the e90 so, here I am as a proud ti owner. We needed a commuter car and ended up with a great 318ti that just needed some love. I can't stop driving it. I've already done a bunch of things to it, interior and exterior aesthetics. Nothing crazy but a huge improvement. Not done yet. Perhaps when all is done I can get some pics up. New suspension, clutch, full servicing, it drives like its new. I got a feeling the modding will be an ongoing thing. I can now fully appreciate what all the fuss is about and we fight at home over who gets to drive it! These cars are a blast! Again, thanks to this forum and all who contribute. It really helped big time when deciding to buy.

It's good to hear that you are caring for another ti that needed some love. Welcome to the Org.

I totally agree. I learned a ton of Ti specific stuff on here that helped a lot before making a purchase.
Cheers,
