Default Alignment after lowering

So I just lowered my car with H&r race springs. I plan on getting the kits to make the rear camber and toe adjustable but haven't done it yet. My question is can I still get the front of my car aligned at a shop? I've never had an alignment done so I'm not sure how it works.
