Ok I will give this a shot but there is really nothing that is forever except cast items like the block, valve cover, oil pan and that's if you don't blow it up. The block would need to be reconditioned for new pistons and the rods checked and honed.
Ok here we go with things that might last over 200K and up to 500K+ with proper care, I don't know your car or year but here's my list it is highly dependant on where you live, how you drive and how well you take care of your car plus luck:
Power steering pump, Steering rack, A/C compressor if never opened to atmosphere, brake vacuum booster, radiator (5% or less will make 200K), Condenser, harmonic balancer, pullies, windshield washer tank and pump, SAP (some last forever some die by 100K), DME, EWS, ABS, ASC, Motor & Trans mount (if you drive it very nice you won't even know if they are worn out), Windshield wiper motor, Camshafts, Crankshaft, Alternator (Maybe 40% make to 200K), DISA, Hood closed switch, hood hinges, hood latch, cruise control module, all cables for throttle cruise and asc, Coil pack, wiring harnesses, fuse box, 20-pin cap and connector, Some sensors might make it but most likely 50% will fail or be replaced hunting down a problem by 200K, Might get 200K out of your starter (I'm almost there). If transmission is manual 200-500K.
That's it for now but I will think of more and add to the list
