So tiFreak do you know any other companies that make a good sounding exhaust for the ti? i'd rather just get something new and not have to worry about shipping a used one...

sorry, I haven't looked at exhausts to much, I'm thinking of just buying a generic muffler myself, the full cat-backs are way too expensive for a recent high-school graduates budget

Go to a reputable exhaust shop and have them do up a custom 'cat back' system. Most(all) should carry Magnaflow and alot will carry Borla mufflers. Borla is generally regarded as the higher end company. Either one should offer a good sound at a much more reasonable budget. I wouldnt pay much more than $250 installed for either of these.

Ok i'll have to look into and price a few of those! Do you have any preference as far as Borla/Magnaflow go? Any possible way you can describe the sound of each or the difference between the two?

Im going to be doing this soon, and will probaly stick to Borla. Again, they're the 'better' brand and they sponsor alot of high end race teams. I mostly do trucks and 4x4, but in my experience Borla is a crisper, richer tone, but not as loud as Magnaflow. Either one sounds better than A: Fart cans from Pep Boys B: Flowmaster. Flowmaster is just loud and sounds raspy on anything with less than 3.5l motor. You will prob pay more for a Borla.

Your best bet is to ask around, find a good shop and see what they/their customers have had good luck with!

I'm gonna eventually get my exhaust put on...removed cat, magnaflow resonator, magnaflow oval muffler.

P.S. Check my sig for 6 1/2" speakers in the rear mounts. They do fit with slight modification. and they are 5 1/4" speakers in the front.

I happen to like the sound of this exhaust quite a bit but i'm in favor of the generic custom catback with universal mufflers. I'm a magnaflow guy myself mostly because i cant afford borla, i mean i can but to me the difference is not that big.
