The extra horses are noticeable! The increase in throttle response is apparent as well.. I highly recommend this upgrade to help with the TI's natural lack of power. It's too early to tell if MPG improves as well though... Thanks again Barrie! __________________ Trunk impaired... Is it possible to have a tune still run 89 octane but have a 7k redline? __________________ 2000 M5 -> 1996 318ti -> 1997 328i Instagram: ndrewchow YouTube: MINIzguy | | | 08-16-2014, 04:26 AM | #80 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2010 Location: Ottawa Posts: 579 | Quote: Originally Posted by MINIz guy Quick question Barrie. Guys save yourself some money and just buy a Ebay chip, it is as good as this bmwconnect overpriced rip off tunes. BMWConnect claimed, I remember he can delete EWS on MS42, but now on new list I don't see it. Typical for a liar. Last edited by Hakentt-MS41.1; 09-23-2014 at 06:42 AM. I had an Ebay chip in my compact and it ran terribly. It even started causing my car not to start. I had to remove it after a few days. Barries chip is great. There was a very noticeable bump in power and my car rans great. I never had a single issue. Even my mpg's seemed to slightly improve. I have the OBD1 Stage 2 chip __________________ 95 318ti & 96 318ti Quote: Originally Posted by eurohb Im Jelly.. enough said. | Follow me on instagram: earlmeyeriii | | | 09-23-2014, 08:53 AM | #86 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2007 Location: LA, Bellflower, CA Posts: 3,613 | Please no trash talking. If you think your product is more great then prove it in your own thread. Show dyno graphs that are applicable. Leave trash talking in the trash-bin. Act like adults. Speaking of dyno graphs, Barry if you have any can you please post them so we can see how much improvement or how the tune is in compared to stock. Stock vs Standard vs stage 2 Besides John and a few others have had good experiences with Barry's tune. This supports the benefits and good product. __________________ -Theta Chi- Float like a cadilac, sting like a BIMMER .... my socket is just too thick and won't fit in the hole! damnit! If you got 1995 325i with EWS then just but red label 413 DME on ebay for $30 and install. No need to buy midnight tuning solution scam rip off stock chip. The majority of your posts are to bash Midnight. Please quit being a douche bag and pissing on sellers threads. You have bad information if you recommend Ebay Dinan clone chips (or what it really is code stolen from Dinan). Also there are members that have switched from Dinan to Midnight and are very happy since Barrie's code is more aggressive then Dinan clones. So here is what I'm asking...Please get control of your fingers and take the high road, stop bashing when you really don't know how good Barrie's code is unless you stole a copy of it. Stop being a "Negative Nancy" or "Douche Bag" that trolls this board only to post crap on others threads. Grow up man...
