Yeah, I am going to pass on them. Looks like what I lose in performance isn't worth it. So, my wheels for a good craigslist price search continues. Would love to find my current wheels a size bigger. Thanks.

I have the rims that tifreak has posted in that picture, and I think they look good on our cars as well. I run a 225/45/17 on them

http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/pts/2636157559.html

235/45/17, 2 tires at 90% tread (we'll see) and 2 to be replaced soon. He accepted my offer of $150. Looks like style 44? Decent price compared what you guys have seen over the years? About as good as I can find on Phx craigs for used. Will have to check condition, but supposedly they're good. I've read the threads that 235/45/17 fits a base, but I would have preferred a little smaller. Based on the other thread I had in "Wheels," you know I am concerned about losing acceleration and performance with an upgrade.

So, $150 for these ok?

Thanks guys.

$150 for those rims is a good deal, I've seen those other ones you posted on E36's, I don't really think they match the body style very well

I agree on the second set. Already told him I decided against them. And they're staggered which I don't want. Probably getting the $150 to test 17s out with.
