Vinegar, eh? I've never heard that one. I was going to suggest baking soda because it works well at soaking up odors in the refridgerator. There are bound to be lots of other "home remedies" if we were to google for them.

3 rolls of black duct tape + 15 minutes = one kickass mocktop open air roof (and leakproof too)

Kensinva- make sure you get those tracks lubed up and make sure the sliding seals at the front are still sliding and attached to the bright metal studs along the front edge of the roof. You do NOT want that thing breaking!
