Default Rear Shock Tower Reinforcement Plates

I bought these plates from Bimmerworld back in January and I had them on my car until 2 weeks ago (They were replaced with Rogue RSMs).

They are the T304 Stainless version and in great shape.

I'll let them go for $20 shipped (cont. US)

Bump!

Easy way to reinforce your shock towers so they don't tear, especially if you have after market shocks and springs. Super easy install, just take off the two tower nuts lay these plates over the holes and put the nuts back on.

Did the rouge mounts come with their own re-inforcement plate? I have the TcKline rear monoball mounts, and I still used the reinforcement plates to make sure the top of the sheet metal didn't rip. I did have to ask TcKline to put longer bolts on the shock mount so that I was able to put the plate it.

I also had to drill out the holes on the reinforcement plate slightly.

These are definitely a good idea to have.

Yup, the Rogues came with their own reinforcement plates that have bolts welded into them so that the shock can be unbolted from the wheel well.
