Yup, that's the exact one I installed. I wondered if it would be less capable that the KCE 400bt, which i have in the 95 Sport, but it performs great with the x305s. (The one you linked to and that I have installed is specifically made for the x305s)

I ran the Alpine mike cord under the forward edge of the headliner and was intending to use a BMW factory mic in the panel that has the sunroof switch, but, there is no clearance for a second component (Mic) behind that panel as the sunroof motor is in the way. I modified a location near the drivers interior light switch to accomidate the supplied Alpine mic without looking goofy or out of place.

I do like this x305s over the Alpine 9886 I have in the 95. The controls are more user intuitive and easy to operate without looking at the unit.

ordered jims swap manual and picked up a battery so i can fire the Ti up finally. She hasn't moved under her own power since 08'. Still won't be moving but it'll be nice to have an exhaust note coming out.

Bought a new battery home and some hatch struts they were starting to fail and I don't want to get hit in the back of the head like I did with my last Ti

Probably to let it be known who the real owner still is. My wallet and time know who really has the controlling factor in this relationship.

Replaced all 4 rotor's and pads (cost me a total of $260aus ), replaced the nylon window sliders in my drivers door, Washed and polished.

Now to get A/C compressor replaced. Getting hot hear now. Got to 36c the other day

36c is like a regular day here. That would be like 95F and Vegas is like 115F.

It is common that these struts fail during low temperatures. Mine were replaced last week as well. My door lock actuator is also sticking due to low temps at night. I will have to replace that also. I think my new struts are from some American car, forgot which one.

Yeah I need to get a set of struts front and rear. Or buy another snap-on hood prop. I think the struts are cheaper.
