I think it would be a great idea for an off road vehicle and if you spend a lot of time in rural areas with tar&chip roads it might be a good idea too.

However perception of a car is independent to the person looking at it but most important to the owner, so if you want to do it and can rationally justify the need; I see no reason why not. It is barely noticeable to me on the Altima but paint chips on anybody’s car but mine are barely noticeable to me also.

I think my point is that the TI is nothing but pure enjoyment and if it makes you happy do what ever you want.

I think it would look okay on your car, but it would give it a more rally car look. I think the altima looks like it needs to shave, been a few days.

its a noble idea, but it dont look too good.
my opinion - dont do it... car is gonna look funny if you do.

remember that rhino-lining is lifetime garanteed. If it ever chips take it back and get it fixed. I wanted to do that to my car in the front bumper and rear for the same reasons. I wanted to do just about a 3"-4" area. not the entire front. Not a bad idea.
