Default Dead cooling fan...

So I ended up amphibious trying to get home in a super storm. Now my cooling fan is dead. I either smoked it or blew relay/fuse . Where do I find it? Accordinging to the fuse cover, its under the steering wheel....unless I'm looking at the wrong thing. Question is....where? I see a lot of wiring but no fuse action.

If I remember correctly its along the front side of the fusebox under the hood should be labeled as Auxillary Fan... and as far as relay goes, its the sensor on the side of the radiator... I know for as long as i had the car the fan never kicked on turns out the relay/sensor is bad... good luck
