hmm, not good
the metal track thing is what the window slides through verticaly. Its placed at the rear edge of the door, directly below the door handle mechanism.
There is usually a sponge/foam type runner inside to guide the glass through without problem, but this can get wet, and eventually catch the glass while in motion , causing the glass to dip forward and come off its runner..
This is also when the bending of the actuator takes place by the way.
It sounds like the metal guide couldn´t handle the force working against it, and simply cracked off of the frame
This puts u in a bad spot, because the guide is fundamental to the positioning of the window during lowering.. without it, the glass can "wander" and will eventually fall out of the front guide.
Door panel of , and look for broken weld points ariķund the area under the door handle and that metal post by the central locking motor.
You will need to get it spot welded back on if you want your window functional again
