Just saying because there was a thread and people said there was a ti with armrest option, so we had to fit the whole console from a si or a sedan. And do you know if the armrest will just fit on my stock console? It's too expensive too. I think I'll go with a homemade one. It'll be fun too. | | | 01-29-2010, 07:23 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Portland Or Posts: 2,666 | I don't think the price is too bad, he's got all the good parts and its all OEM, if I had a black interior and RHD I'd be all over it! They did not ship many of these from what I can tell. Its not like the cupholders on my current one work for anything useful. I was just saying it's more than I need. Mine is in good condition it only doesn't have the arm rest!! Do they have them on any tis in us? | | | 01-30-2010, 12:23 AM | #7 | Junior Member Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: UK Posts: 22 | Evening guys! Didnt realise there was a difference between LHD and RHD ones, assume the handbrake lever is on the opposite side for you guys then? As for price well ive never seen one for another Compact up for sale, only saloon and Coupe ones that as you know are different. These tend to go for around £60 on Ebay so that is what I used to price mine against. | | | 01-30-2010, 01:07 AM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Portland Or Posts: 2,666 | They were a Dealer installed option from what I've read, and seldom purchased as they were ridiculously priced back then. And Yep our handbrake is on the left side of the console not the right. ON the other hand I wonder if you can just swap the lever to the right side.? Hmm I may have to check that..
