Check engine light.

Im new to the BMWs so im not too sure what is going on with the car. Check engine light stays on, and they little bars that light up with start there is only 1 green one that is on. What should i do in order to get all the greens back and the check engine light gone?

I responded to someone yesterday regarding the "little green lights". read the thread called "Engine Oil Meter", its one of the newer posts. Also you should run a diagnostic to find out what the check engine light is for, if you don't have one, a bmw mechanic probably has the diag tool.

I just changed the oil in the car and the lights are all gone except 1 green one.
