orion v2 vs orion 3

i've searched around the blogs for what are the best angel eyes and found many of you to like the orion models.

now i've found two models, the orion v2 and orion 3. it seems the orion 3 are brighter and have less blank space between each led, but i'm worried i wont be able to see the light's circle if its too bright.

i couldn't find too much info on the orion 3 on google, so maybe you guys can help me pick which one is better. links are below

they each sell for $150

also, are these the full kit so i just take out the old lights and put these in or are these the clip on lights? im looking for the full kit so i can just swap the old stock head lights for the whole angel eye kit.
