Merry Christmas. I need an alpine white passenger door and a passenger side fender to get back in shape. Anyone? __________________ -'98 318ti -'87 VW Scirocco, 2.0 Motronic swap -'95 VW Cabrio | | | 12-25-2014, 04:51 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Sacramento, CA Posts: 2,451 | Aargh..... I bought a door in alpine white on ebay this morning from a guy in FL. I got a fender from pullapart and tried painting it myself, but rattle can clear coat just doesn't work that well. My mirror clearcoated fine, however. Smoother surface I suppose.. BTW, if anybody sees this post, I just happened to have some candy white (vw color) paint I tried on my mirror, and it matched really well. The black in between breaks up the color difference. I did paint a fender with it and it was a shade off. __________________ -'98 318ti -'87 VW Scirocco, 2.0 Motronic swap -'95 VW Cabrio | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
